Room@53 is cradled in one of the most spectacular settings in Greenmeadows, overlooking the fabulous Mission Estate Winery and only a short walk to neighbouring Church Road Winery. Both wineries are excellent examples of captivating wine tastings, tours, culinary delights and fabulous service. It is no wonder both restaurants are rated amongst the best in Hawke’s Bay.
Napier is only a 5 minute drive away, where you can indulge in world renowned Art Deco, vibrant café culture, stylish boutiques and plenty of galleries featuring local artisans.
And remember after a busy day devouring the sights, sounds and tastes in the Bay, end your evening relaxing with a soak in the spa tub sipping a glass of softly structured chardonnay under the brightest stars imaginable, where the backyard’s a vineyard!!

Cancellation Policy:
We are a small business and cancellations have an effect on us. Cancellation within 48 hrs of arrival date will result in a 50% charge. No shows will be charged 1 nights accommodation. Penalties will not be charged if we are able to replace the booking.
